Owh.. my work has been keeping me exxxxxxxxxtra busy lately.Been feeding on m&ms, marvelous maruku (from shop called sangeetha), fast food and lots of caffeine.
Been doing a climate change project.
Guess which county is in the top 5 list for being responsible of releasing anthropogenic CO2 in the atmosphere?
Yes... our beloved Malaysia.I even had a chat with Gilbert Rochecouste (one of al gore's climate change speakers).
He totally agree that we (Malaysian) aren't doing enough for the environment.
Shame on us!
I also stole some precious time (1 working day) for the adobe masters workshop!
Had a wonderful time & gained lots of new knowledge.
Thanks to the masters, Rufus Deuchler , Greg Rewis, Paul Burnett, and Jason Levine.
Really hope that there'll be a next time.

Mr Misfortune
Hahaha, It's been a while since i update my blog.
The Relay for life went very well. It was really fun. Even though I didn't achieve my goal of 100 laps. (I just did about 80 laps that day)
I had a mask almost the whole event and became a mysterious guy hahaha...
Made many friends with that mask... and scared a few kids too.
Many wanted to take pictures with the mystery guy.
I even had my picture taken with Joanna Bessey.

Thanks to all that had donated for the fund raising.
Me and my colleague had really collected quite a huge amount.
Few days after the relay, I had an accident.
D@mn driver... never signaling and do what ever you want.
I received 5 stitches just because of your negligence!
Now I'm way out off budget!

Speaking of which, my favorite team lost to Holland 3-0 at their last match.
What a bummer...
Oh yeah, I also flunked 1 paper last term.
Have to repeat that subject all over again.
Whatever... Now, I'll just have to concentrate on the task at hand.

Donation Needed!
Relay For Life KL 2008 will be held on 31st May-1st June, the weekend of World No Tobacco Day and International Cancer Survivor's Day, at the MSN Training Stadium, Bukit Jalil. We celebrate the advances in cancer, knowing that more cancers are being prevented and for those with cancer, more lives are being saved. We remember the loved ones lost and vow to fight back to make a difference in the lives of the future generation.

Played with pair which was determined random selection.

Smart Malaysian - part 1
We Malaysian just love bumpers on the the road. Now, we don't only have lots and lots of potholes on the streets to ruin our absorbers and lessen our fuel efficiency, we have lots and lots of bumper too. Hooraaaaaah!Just got a new 'illegal' bumper on the road to my house. That makes it four bumpers in a length more or less 200 meters. How efficient! Thanks to the generous people of Malaysia! How thoughtful you guys are. :)
I can take it if bumpers are built on front of schools and hospitals, but putting up 'illegal' bumpers on roads in front of your own house that obstructs the traffic that passes by everyday, is just too generous. Now, all the stupid people who already know that you shouldn't drive recklessly or speed in the neighborhood shall have another kind reminder, just at the expense of their absorber and fuel.
We Malaysians are soooo clever. I don't know why other countries are planning to ban bumpers in their country. Just to conserve the expensive fuel that we have limited resource of? duh...
Our country is also glad to have all these bumpers, that they never take any action on those generous people. I'm starting to think that its okay to build obstacles on the road. It must be soo much fun! Maybe I'll try it someday (without thinking about what others will feel or think and all the swearing that they'll say).

Busy?
The finals are over but still I feel quite tied up.
Last weekend was packed... and so will the future weekends too.
(thinking of doing relay for life at the end of this month....)
Had a blast doing abseiling at sungai pisang waterfall.
The place was great, not as much pollutions like the other Malaysian recreation sites.
It was conducted by Moque and his 3 friends.
Went there with Wafi, Cham, Qadier, Nizo, Awek Nizo, Amin, Pejal, Nurul and Man.
It was my first time doing time it and I really enjoyed it.
Due to the Thomas Cup fever (haah, we just lost to China),
I will be playing badminton with my officemates this weekends.
I think, the last time I played badminton was like when I was in Form2.

The Age That I Wish To Go Back To
Aku di tag oleh kulitmanggis
Aku jarang buat mende2 tag nih, tapi kali ni mcm teringin plak.
Teringin kembali pada kehidupan pada thn 87.
Baru pulang ke Malaysia tahun sebelum tu. Memang tak reti cakap bahasa melayu. Balik kampung pun kene panggil anak orgputih. Kawan? ada la sorang dua jiran yg cuba berkawan ngan orang yang tak reti cakap Melayu.
Umur baru 5 tahun... Tak banyak yang aku ingat, tapi terasa sungguh seronok jadik budak kecik. Time tu plak kat umah ada 2 bijik komputer & aku rasa tak ramai lagi orang ada komputer kat Malaysia ni time tu. Satu rgb, satu lagi monochrome screen. Memang layan main pacman time tu.
Tahun tuh dapat adik baru. Tau-tau je lah kalau budak2 dapat adik baru mesti jadik hiper ngan excited.
tahun tu jugak kitorang pindah dari rumah sewa yang selang sebiji rumah dari adli ke rumah sendiri yang sebaris dgn rumah wan dalam 100 meter je dari rumah sewa tu.
Banyak 'quality time' di habiskan bersama. Time tu arwah mak aku tak berniaga lagi, tapi cuma ambil upah menaip dari student / staff upm.aku rasa byk kenangan manis bersama keluarga masa aku umur tu...

Protokol
Protokol... perkara lazim dalam kehidupan. Hampir semua perkara ada protokolnya. Aku tak senang dengan protokol.Aku potong rambut sebab itu nak masuk exam kene rambut pendek. Walaupun aku tau aku kurang berkeyakinan kalau berambut pendek, aku potong jugak. Itulah protokolnya. Kalau tak ikut protokol kene halau dari dewan. Cukup skali je kena.
Kenapa mesti ada protokol rambut pendek?
Dengan rambut pendek ni aku pergi balik jumpa nenek aku kat kampung ujung minggu lepas. Dalam hati lega, sebab kali ni mesti dia tak tegur aku pasal rambut lagi. Tapi walaucamner pun, aku tetap kene tegur. Ada ke patut nenek aku suruh buang misai ngan janggut. Kalau aku buang memang nampak cam budak skolah sangat la pulak.
Biar aku ikut cara aku sendiri. Korang ngan cara korang. Yang penting jangan menyusahkan orang lain.
Oh ya, aku tgh ponteng lecture fluid dynamics ni, tgh penin tak cukup tido. Kalau aku masuk pon, aku kompem terlelap nyer. Biarlah... Lepas ni siapkan apa kerje ngan study yang patut dan tido byk skit. Huhuhu...
